A very warm welcome to Andrew Dickinson who joins the Anthesis Team as an IFS Senior Finance Consultant.
Starting his career in Finance, Andrew became CIMA qualified in 2005 whilst working for Experian. It was during that time he developed a flair and passion for finance systems. A varied financial career ensued with Financial and Commercial Controller roles with Vectura (R&D Pharma), Host Europe (Web Hosting) and latterly DHL (Boots Contract).
In 2014 Andrew made the transition to systems with Intelligent Energy where he took a role as a systems accountant. It was in this role that he received his first taste of IFS as a customer Workstream Lead for finance on an Apps 8 implementation. During the following two years he supported the finance team to enhance the IFS experience as well as developing a Consolidation system together with a MS SQL Datawarehouse to improve the reporting capabilities. In 2016 Andrew joined IFS as a Finance Consultant where he has developed his consulting skills with many implementations of Apps 9 and 10 across varying industries, from food manufacture to contract engineering, single site to multi country.
Beyond the world of IFS and Anthesis, Andrew enjoys walks in the country, bird watching and spending time in the garden. When something a little more exhilarating is required Andrew loves throwing himself down a snowy mountain on a plank of wood, some call it snowboarding.
