Another new addition to our growing Anthesis family, Charly-Beth Oliver joins us as our new Resource & Contracts Administrator for Infor and IFS.
Charly’s role is vital to maintaining our global network of the most highly skilled technical and functional experts, and our ability to provide strategic consultancy services for Infor and IFS customers.
She will be responsible for building relationships with our network of Infor and IFS consultants and matching their requirements to suitable opportunities, ensuring compliance with IR35 requirements, as well as administration of contracts and ensuring customer experience remains our number one priority.
Charly comes from a previous role in recruitment where she gained extensive experience in employment legislation, operations support, auditing and customer experience. Charly is passionate about ensuring compliance and quality service for both clients and consultants.
Outside of work, Charly enjoys reading with an impressive collection of 198 books, hiking with pup Stanley and cooking up vegan dishes whilst listening to True Crime podcasts.
