Starting out her career on the Marks and Spencer retail graduate scheme, Tasha has amassed a wealth of experience across FMCG businesses, Retail and the Education sector. Currently studying towards her MSc in Human Resource Management she is passionate about driving an effective people strategy to support individuals as well as operational priorities. Tasha’s role at Anthesis is to bring people expertise and develop solutions to help deliver the company’s strategy, to lead employee engagement initiatives and, of-course, to handle day-to-day operational HR questions.
Tasha currently lives in Cheshire, UK with most of her energy and attention outside of work is spent with her two young children and her grumpy old canine pug, Stitch. She loves getting out and exploring the outdoors, joining in with her local park run, as well as cooking for the family (she is known for making a pretty good Sunday roast dinner).
